Brand owners demand the highest quality. That makes sense. Quality determines the power of a brand to stand out.

Every brand owner has its own quality management system. We include the requirements from these systems in our production system. Doing so enables us to deliver the same quality as the brand owner is used to achieving itself.

Agreements regarding incoming inspection, process control, sampling and outgoing inspection are recorded. Our laboratory tests the raw materials, semi-manufactured products and final products chemically, physically and microbiologically. The overview summarizes the test methods that are currently used. This list can be extended or shortened in consultation with our customers. The tests are always performed and the analysts trained in accordance with the customer's wishes, which leads to unambiguous results.

A modern quality management system is regularly audited. Customer audits are performed at least once a quarter, internal audits are held throughout the year and we are also IFS HPC certified. In addition to effective management systems, the quality of the raw materials and the packaging is crucial to be able to make a high-quality product. We select and assess our suppliers together with the customer. The correct mix of reputable international suppliers and flexible local players provides the right price/performance mix. Protecting our colleagues from exposure to products demands our continual attention. The layout of the machines and systems guarantees a safe environment in which to process enzymes. Moreover, every production cell is protected by an extensive air treatment system. Gally samplers monitor the air quality in the production cells to ensure that all of the measures taken are effective and therefore that the working environment is safe.
