At Kompak Nederland, we demonstrate how to translate ambition into action. This month, we’re installing our third liquid mixer, the VMA3 – a powerful 10-ton mixer with a homogenizer, identical to VMA1, under the leadership of Jos Goense.
With VMA3, we’re taking major steps toward scaling up and process optimization. The additional capacity allows us to easily keep up with the growing demand from our liquid lines.
We’ll begin testing at the end of September, followed by validation in October 2025. VMA2 and VMA3 will be operated by the same team and run on a standardized recipe. The result: greater consistency, higher efficiency, and even more reliable production.
Shortly after the start-up of VMA3, we’ll install a bypass around the VMA2 homogenizer, giving us even more flexibility between processes. Moreover, the homogenizer will no longer need to be cleaned manually.
Conclusion: an exciting development that not only increases our production but also makes it fully future-proof!
