Producing pouches and flat sachets from film can save up to 50% compared to pre-shaped bags.
 
Kompak has great possibilities to, at high speed, form and fill liquid in larger packs, with a content of 50ml-2 ltr. Our Volpak 5 machine is aimed at these larger packs of 100-260mm in width and up to 270mm in height.
 
In the picture you see a pack that is shaped to easily pour the liquid. This is a cheap alternative to a spout. We have the tooling to this shape available, making a quick and cost-efficient start-up possible.
 
However if you prefer a pre-shaped bag with for example a spout, we can fill/close that of course as well. Recently “Selo” was added to our wide range of machinery, especially aimed at pre-shaped bags with all sorts of  features and shapes. Click here and get more information on “Selo”.

New liquid filling line

Kompak is proud to announce that from January 2016 a complete new liquid mixer an liquid filling line will be operational. The liquid mixer is designed to make a wide range of liquids, the filling line is a monobloc filler and capper. It can handle standard bottles but also tottles in pucs.
 
The investment is a result of joint cooperation with one of our customers.
